2  Can I own a firearm in Canada?

Yes. You may own a handgun in Canada. The Firearms Act and its supporting regulations set out the rules for possessing a firearm. If you want to know all the relevant requirements for firearms possession, storage, and transportation in Canada, please see the Canadian Firearms Center's web site:

3  Do I need a firearms license to shoot guns?

You can shoot firearms in authorized areas if the registered owner of the firearm is present with you at all times. You cannot possess a firearm unless you have a valid Possession and Acquisition License (PAL).

4  Do I need to open an account to buy Online from Wanstalls?

All you need to do is register and login. Once registered, you can purchase any and all products from Wanstalls Online with the simple ease of going through our fast and simple checkout. To purchase a Firearm you will be required to provide your PAL number.

5  What is Wanstalls Online Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason we will provide a refund or exchange the item within 60 days of purchase. Firearms if proven to be defective and returned within 30 days will be repaired or exchanged. Ammunition, and reloading equipment cannot be returned due to safety issues.

Wanstalls Online will provide shipping costs in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by us to be defective. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Wanstalls Online support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Wanstalls Online.

6  How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping is calculated based on size weight and distance to ship the order. We average out the weight of our products firearms and this figure is used with Canada Post’s real-time shipping calculators to figure out the cost to ship to your location. Additional shipping charges may be required on over sized items.

7  What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard through eSelect Plus secure payment gateway.

8  Where's my order?

Orders will be process within 24hrs of receipt. When checking out of our secure checkout you will be sent a copy of your invoice via email. Once your item has shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing the tracking number for your order.

9  Shipping Restrictions

Firearms can only be shipped within Canada through Canada Post. A signature is required with photo I.D. when the product arrives at your door. Ammunition will be shipped separately from any firearms order.
