    • Do i need to open an account to buy online from Wanstalls?

      All you need to do is register and login. Once registered, you can purchase any and all products from Wanstalls Online with the simple ease of going through our fast and simple checkout.  To purchase a Firearm, you will be required to provide your PAL number and your date of Birth.  If it is a restricted firearm, we would require your place of birth and Gunclub location.

  • Returns & Refunds


    • What is Wanstalls Online Return Policy?

      If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason we can provide a refund or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase if the product has been unused and packaging intact.  A restocking fee of 10% is applicable to all returned or cancelled items.  Firearms if proven to be defective and returned within 30 days will be repaired and/or exchanged.  Ammunition and reloading equipment cannot be returned due to safety issues. 
       

      *All Special and Custom Orders are NON refundable and NON transferrable to store credit.

      Wanstalls Online will provide shipping costs in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by us to be defective. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

      If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Wanstalls Online support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Wanstalls Online.  

      Contact us by clicking "Contact Us" at the top of our website and choose Warranty Department and send us an email and we will get back to you usually within 24hrs.

    • Do you have any guarantee's if i make a purchase on the Wanstalls Online store?

  • Shipping


    • How are shipping charges calculated?

      Shipping on all firearms and accessories is a flat rate $10 across Canada, no matter how big the order may be.   Ammunition is calculated based on size weight and distance to ship the order. some remote areas may not be applicable due to logistical concerns with regards to ammunition shipping policies and different carriers.   
       

      We average out the weight of our products firearms and this figure is used with Canada Post’s real-time shipping calculators to figure out the cost to ship to your location.  Additional shipping charges may be required on oversized items.

    • Are there any shipping restrictions with firearms or ammunition?

      Firearms can only be shipped within Canada through Canada Post. A signature is required with photo I.D. when the product arrives at your door.   If you are not at your residence when your parcel arrives, you will get a card in the mail from Canada Post for you to pick up at your local post office.   Ammunition must be shipped through CANPAR and CANNOT be shipped to P.O. Boxes unfortunately.  A physical address will be needed. 

    • Does Wanstalls ship to USA?

      UNFORTUNATELY we do not ship to the USA at this time.

    • Where is my order?

      Orders will be process within 24hrs of receipt. When checking out of our secure checkout you will be sent a copy of your invoice via email. Once your item has shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing the tracking number for your order. 

  • Payments


    • What type of payments do you accept?

      We accept Visa and Mastercard through eSelect Plus secure payment gateway.  We also Accept EMT’s.  (For EMT payment select “EMT at checkout and follow the on screen instructions).

    • Do you have layaway or financing available?

      Yes we do both!  Layaway is typically 25% deposit and balance within 30-60 days depending on the product.  *All cancelled layaways are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
